Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by FirstBridge Glendale Sunrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

FirstBridge Glendale Sunrooms provides professional sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services to residential customers in Glendale, CA and surrounding areas. All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any price changes before beginning work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule your project at a mutually convenient time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All installations come with our workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties apply to materials used. Specific warranty details will be provided in your project contract. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, improper use, or natural disasters.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and secure any pets during service visits. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but are not responsible for damage to existing landscaping, underground utilities not properly marked, or hidden structural issues.

Permits and Approvals

While we can assist with permit applications, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from your local municipality or homeowners association. Project delays due to permit issues are not our responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on liability, so this may not apply to you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
